Thank you for shopping with CITY 2 CITY WEAR. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Production Time Every City 2 City Wear piece is printed on demand using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: typically 5–9 business days after production
- Express Shipping: available at checkout on select items
Total Delivery Time Most US orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase (production + shipping time).
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print partners (Printful and PODpartner) using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the item ordered.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — follow us @city2city.wear on Instagram for updates on new city drops and shipping expansions.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our print partner. You can also check your order status anytime from your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations Because every item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
