How long does it take to make my order?
Every City 2 City Wear piece is printed on demand using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our print partner. You can also check order status anytime from your account.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $75 ship free within the US. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–9 business days after production.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. City-by-city international drops are on the way — vote for your city below to help us decide where we go next.

Sizing & Fit

How do the tees fit?
Our tees run true to size with a modern, slightly relaxed streetwear cut. Check the Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Product Care

How do I wash my DTF-printed tee?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on the print to protect the graphic.
