Ordering & Production
How long does it take to make my order?
City 2 City Wear products are produced or finished to order. Printed apparel uses DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, while our snapback designs use embroidery. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking after your order leaves our production partner. You can also check your order status through your customer account.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $89 or more automatically receive free standard shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping is not included.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Allow approximately 2–5 business days for production, followed by approximately 5–12 business days for standard shipping. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–17 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on your items, order quantity, delivery address, and available service. Your final shipping options and charges appear at checkout before payment. Express shipping is available only when shown at checkout.
Will everything arrive together?
Items prepared by different fulfillment partners may ship separately and arrive on different dates. A tracking email is sent when each shipment is available.

Sizing & Fit
How do City 2 City Wear products fit?
Fit varies by product. Our 240 GSM heavyweight T-shirts use a loose, boxy silhouette. Women’s crop T-shirts are designed to sit above the waist. The 440 GSM washed hoodies have an oversized fit, while the 400 GSM women’s hoodies use a tapered shape with balloon sleeves. Review the measurements before ordering.

Use our Sizing Chart and compare the garment measurements with a similar item you already own. Each product page also identifies the intended fit.
Materials & Product Details
What materials do you use?
Materials and fabric weights vary by style. Our apparel collection includes 200 GSM women’s crop T-shirts, 240 GSM heavyweight boxy T-shirts, 400 GSM women’s hoodies and 440 GSM heavyweight washed hoodies. Check the individual product description for its exact fabric, construction and available colors.

Product Care
How should I wash printed apparel?
Turn printed garments inside out, wash with similar colors in cold water using mild detergent, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly over the printed design. Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label.
